We customized our home considerably; Loren accommodated our requests without question. I would recommend Loren to anyone considering buying/building a home, they made what can be a nerve wracking experience very easy.
The building process was very smooth in comparison to a previous custom home building experience. The Buildlinks system made tracking the process so simple. Our overall experience has been excellent! We would do it all over again without hesitation and would highly recommend Loren to anyone.
Loren made a sometimes difficult and stressful experience (building a new house) a comfortable one because they listened to us and were very helpful and insightful throughout the whole process. They have gone out of their way since closing; I don’t believe there are many builders, if any, that after four years in the house you still feel you can call on them for help or advice if something happens.
